In a program/project evaluation, your goal is to assess how well you have met your objectives. As you are writing a proposal, you should already establish a feasible plan to measure the impact/effectiveness of your program.
Describe the research instruments you will use to evaluate how well you have reached your goals. Interview? Surveys? Measurements? Inspections? Observation? Focus Groups?
Who will conduct the evaluation? Yourself? Members of your organization? An external evaluation team?
When will the evaluation be conducted?
How much will the evaluation cost?
