Summary
Accessibility is a major pillar of online course design. On Paamsongre Courseware, the Learning Management System (LMS) developed by Dr. Djiguimde at SAU, accessibility is largely met through platform design features, multimodal content delivery, and cost.
As is the case for any LMS, platform navigation for first-time users often comes with a steep learning curve.
To mitigate this accessibility problem, this proposal seeks to implement the use of chatbots on Paamsongre Courseware to assist students in navigating the platform and easily locating sought-after materials.
